- Grayling on the Äkäsjoki
The river runs past the cabins and is known for its grayling. It is also the most important sea trout spawning river in the system, so check the current rules before you fish.
- Salmon on the Tornio-Muonio
Four kilometres away, one of the best salmon rivers in Europe. Permits, boat hire and a boat ramp are at the same place.
- Small game
State hunting grounds begin 100 metres from the yard. Permits are issued by Metsähallitus, and the small-game map for Kolari is public.
